THE WORK
Swiss-based insurer Chubb wanted to articulate details of their Critical Illness Insurance Plan® to consumers and we were called to the task. The challenge lies in how to make the complicated features of the product easy to understand for people from different backgrounds and age groups.
We translated the complexities and nuances of the product benefits into illustrated videos that feature rich infographics and various scenarios that target audience in different life situations. The results are 2 videos that are informative but not overwhelming, professional and yet accessible.
